Find a starting point using the red area of the template. Notice how far the edge of the circle is from the guiding line that runs the length of the template.
After piercing the first hole do not remove the piercer from the template. Pivot the template and line up the second hole. Pierce the second hole and don't remove until you reposition for the third hole. And so on around the entire circle.
